Can you come up with and bring to life an innovative idea using new technologies—in just 24 hours—based on a challenge that will only be revealed at the venue? Show us what you’re capable of and gain valuable experience, make new connections, and compete for exciting prizes.

Your team will have a dedicated space where you can set up your computers and other equipment. Don’t forget to bring everything you need with you.

Throughout the event, experienced mentors from AT&T, universities, and other companies will be available to guide you, offer advice, and help you move closer to achieving your goal—and potentially winning the competition.

To help turn your idea into reality, you will have access to a FabLab truck equipped with 3D printers, a laser cutter, and materials for building your prototype.

Put together a team of up to five energetic and creative members. Don’t forget about your presentation skills, which are just as important as your project’s technical solution. The ability to solve new problems quickly and the determination to complete your project within the 24-hour time limit are absolutely essential!

You will present your idea, solution, and prototype to a panel of technology enthusiasts and business professionals. A parallel program will be available for teachers accompanying students who are not taking part in the competition.

Schedule: The event begins at 8:00 a.m. on November 20 and ends at approximately 4:00 p.m. on November 21. A detailed schedule will be sent to you before the event.

How to Apply ✍️

Video Application (max. 60 seconds)

• “Show, don’t tell”—demonstrate your technical skills visually.
• Present one of your previous projects. It may still be in progress or may have been created for an earlier competition, but at least some members of your current team must have worked on it.
• Describe the experience you gained, what you learned from your mistakes, and how much time and effort you invested in the project.
• Tip: Add subtitles. You do not need to show your source code. Please follow the general rules for publishing content on YouTube.

Registration Form

• Each participant, including accompanying teachers, must complete the registration form individually.
• Include a link to your team’s video uploaded to YouTube as an unlisted video.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the video mandatory?
Yes. Applications without a video—one video per team—will not be accepted. If you do not have a completed project, you may present a prototype that is still in development. Alternatively, explain your motivation and why this hackathon will be your first competition.

How large can a team be?
A team may have a maximum of five members. The presence of an accompanying teacher or another responsible adult is preferred and is mandatory for participants under the age of 18.

Is there a participation fee?
No. The event is free of charge for both participants and accompanying adults. Meals and accommodation will be provided. Accommodation will be available to interested participants starting November 20.

How will the teams be selected?
A panel of experts from AT&T and the event partners will select the teams based on their applications.
